Registration

Please arrive on time for morning registration, which will begin promptly at 9:00am. Don't be late, as we don't want you to miss out on any important information or opportunities to engage with your fellow delegates.

9:00 - 9:30

Opening Ceremony

The opening ceremony is the official start of the MUN conference and sets the tone for the entire event. During the ceremony, participants can expect to hear inspiring speeches from keynote speakers, learn about the rules and procedures of the conference. It is a time to celebrate the spirit of diplomacy and collaboration that is at the heart of the MUN community

9:30 - 10:20 Congress Hall

Session 1

Your committee session will be held in the room provided by the organizers. Please pay attention to signs or ask one of our volunteers for directions to your assigned room. We hope you have a productive and engaging session, and we look forward to seeing the outcomes of your hard work!

10:30 - 12:30

Lunch Break

It's time for lunch! Please make your way to the designated area to enjoy a delicious meal and take a break from the stimulating debates and negotiations. Use this time to network with your fellow delegates and recharge for the rest of the day's activities.

12:30 - 13:30 Canteen

Session 2

Please make your way to the room promptly and be ready to engage in lively debate and diplomacy. We hope you are enjoying the conference so far and look forward to your continued participation.

13:40 - 15:40

Coffee Break

Take a break from the intense debate and enjoy some refreshments with your fellow delegates during the coffee break. This is a great opportunity to network, exchange ideas, and recharge before diving back into committee sessions.

15:45 - 16:15 Canteen

Session 3

Kindly proceed to the designated room in a timely manner and be prepared to actively participate in stimulating discussions and diplomatic exchanges. We sincerely hope that you are having a delightful experience at the conference and we eagerly anticipate your ongoing involvement.

16:20 - 17:20

Closing Ceremony

The closing ceremony marks the end of the MUN conference and is a time to reflect on the achievements and progress made during the event. Participants can expect to hear closing remarks from the Secretary-General, recognize outstanding delegates and committees, and say farewell to new friends and colleagues. It is a time to celebrate the hard work and dedication of all participants, and to reaffirm our commitment to global citizenship and diplomacy
